Julie has been looking after our cat Pepe for several years now and we are very grateful for her service. Pepe is an indoor cat in his senior years and has health issues, which require twice-daily treatment so we opt to have Julie sit him in the morning and night. When I’m conveying feeding and medication requirements, Julie is keen to ensure these are followed so it’s comforting to know that he gets the attention he needs when we’re away. Julie has a caring approach and takes time to understand Pepe’s individuality. We get photos of him at every visit, (including the odd selfie of him sitting on her lap looking quite content! ) She is also happy to provide further communication if we ever have any concerns. Pepe is always happy to see us when we return home but it’s obvious he’s been well looked after. Engaging Julie to sit Pepe is a breeze as we always receive prompt communication regarding availability and key collection. - Toni

When you have to leave your pet in the hands of another, it can be an anxious experience. I was so nervous to leave our cat Gizmo when we went overseas recently, but Julie really helped to soothe my nerves. She sent daily emails of her adventures with Gizmo, accompanied with photos and even a video on occasion. I was so happy to see how well Gizmo was doing I cried when I received the first few emails. She was kind and affectionate towards him, and always made sure that her routine followed our wishes meaning that he was fed well and entertained while we were away. Finishing touches like watering plants, collecting our mail and putting our bins out meant we returned home to a happy cat and an ordered house -  I won't be stressed at all next time I go away because I know Julie will make sure our cat is content. Your help with walking Tjama and Mim during our hectic working weeks has been a blessing over the past few years.
